All laptops sold by Badaz Technologies are refurbished and thoroughly tested for hardware functionality. Devices may show minor cosmetic wear. Product descriptions are provided to the best of our knowledge but may vary slightly due to sourcing and refurbishment processes.

3. Pricing and Payment

All prices are listed in United States Dollars (USD) and are subject to change without notice. Currently, we only accept cash on delivery in USD. Payment must be made in full upon delivery within Harare.

4. Shipping and Delivery

We provide free delivery within Harare only. Deliveries are scheduled based on availability and logistical feasibility. We do not offer shipping outside Harare at this time.

5. Returns and Warranty

We do not accept general returns. Devices may only be returned if they are found to be faulty under the conditions of our limited warranty. The warranty covers hardware issues only and excludes software problems, physical damage, or battery degradation.

6. Account Accuracy

You are responsible for ensuring that all account and billing information provided is accurate and up to date. Badaz Technologies reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order if fraudulent activity or inaccurate data is suspected.

7. Intellectual Property
