Warranty and Returns Policy

Overview

At Badaz Technologies, we take pride in delivering professionally refurbished laptops that are reliable, tested, and ready to perform. To ensure peace of mind, every laptop includes a 6 months limited hardware warranty from the date of delivery.

✅ What’s Covered:

  • Internal hardware defects (e.g., motherboard, RAM, SSD failure)
  • Display issues not caused by physical impact
  • Power and charging failures
  • Battery not holding charge for at least 30 minutes

If your laptop develops a covered fault within the warranty period, we will repair, replace, or refund it at our discretion.

To file a warranty claim, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your receipt, service tag, and a short description of the issue.

❌ What’s Not Covered:

  • Physical damage (drops, cracks, liquid exposure, etc.)
  • Software problems (viruses, operating system errors, third-party apps)
  • Cosmetic wear and tear (scratches, faded keys, minor dents)
  • Damaged ports, hinges, or accessories due to mishandling

⚠️ Return Policy

We only accept returns for products with defects covered under warranty. We do not accept change-of-mind returns or exchanges.

Products returned must:

  • Match the original condition
  • Include all accessories and original packaging
  • Be returned within the 6 months warranty window

Courier costs for returns may be covered within Harare. For locations outside Harare, return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.
