At Badaz Technologies, we specialize in professionally refurbished laptops that are fully tested, cleaned, and prepared for everyday use. Every device is inspected before delivery to ensure functionality and overall condition.
All laptops include a 6 Months Limited Hardware Warranty starting from the date of delivery.
✅ What the Warranty Covers
This warranty covers faults resulting from normal use under reasonable operating conditions.
Covered issues may include:
- Motherboard or internal hardware failure
- RAM or SSD failure
- Charging or power-related faults
- Display faults not caused by accidental damage
- Keyboard or touchpad failure under normal use
- Battery failure where the battery cannot hold a charge for at least 30 minutes under standard usage
If a covered fault occurs during the warranty period, Badaz Technologies may, at its discretion:
- Repair the laptop
- Replace the defective component
- Replace the laptop with a similar model
- Provide a partial or full refund where appropriate
❌ What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not cover issues caused by accidental damage, misuse, improper handling, unauthorized repairs, or normal cosmetic aging associated with refurbished devices.
This includes:
- Drops, cracks, dents, or liquid damage
- Physical damage to screens, ports, hinges, chargers, or casing
- Cosmetic wear such as scratches, paint wear, faded keys, polishing marks, pressure marks, or minor imperfections
- Surface wear or gradual cosmetic changes that may occur over time through normal handling and use
- Damage caused by excessive force, improper transportation, or negligence
- Software issues, viruses, driver problems, operating system corruption, or third-party applications
- Battery runtime reduction over time due to normal battery aging
- Damage resulting from repairs or modifications by third parties
- Accessories not originally supplied with the laptop
As refurbished devices, laptops may show minor cosmetic signs of previous use. Cosmetic appearance does not affect device functionality and is not considered a warranty fault.
⚠️ Important Usage & Care Notice
To help preserve the condition of your laptop:
- Avoid placing heavy pressure on the lid or screen
- Open and close the laptop carefully using both hands where possible
- Avoid exposure to liquids, excessive heat, dust, or direct sunlight
- Use the laptop on stable, well-ventilated surfaces
- Transport the laptop in a protective bag or sleeve
Physical wear resulting from daily handling may vary depending on usage habits and environmental conditions.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
We only accept returns for faults covered under this warranty.
We do not accept:
- Change-of-mind returns
- Returns based on cosmetic preferences
- Exchanges due to upgrades or personal preference
Returned products must:
- Be within the active warranty period
- Match the original serial/service tag
- Include the original charger and supplied accessories
- Not show signs of intentional or accidental damage
Badaz Technologies reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving repair, replacement, or refund requests.
🚚 Return Shipping
For customers within Harare, return collection or delivery assistance may be provided where reasonable.
For customers outside Harare, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise agreed.

- Photos or videos of the fault where applicable
